Blueberries are Debi’s favorite fruit. So, this dessert is one she loves. It uses a pie crust, but is easier to prepare because it doesn't need to be put in a pie plate and have the edges prettied up! Galettes are showing up on menus more and more, and she can see why. They're simple but delish!

Choco-Berry Pie
This recipe works perfectly when you need to make a dessert in advance for an event. When you have the time, make it and freeze it. Then, just thaw for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy. Debi especially likes to use mixed berries in place of strawberries. Mmmmm!
